What payment methods do you accept? Is it safe?
We accept all major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also support Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link for a fast, one-tap checkout experience. All payments are processed through Stripe — one of the world's most trusted payment platforms, used by millions of businesses globally. Here's exactly what we receive when you subscribe: your subscription status, a payment success notification, and your email address. That's it. We never see your card number, billing address, or any other sensitive financial information. We don't collect it, we don't store it, and we never will. Basic is for anyone who wants to explore AI music creation. With around 100 songs per month, it's more than enough to capture creative sparks whenever inspiration hits — no commitment, no pressure. Creator is for users who want to go further: train your own AI voice model, build a personal artistic identity, and create your own music products. It's the plan for people who treat music as part of who they are. Premium is for professional use. It includes a full commercial license — the right choice for companies, agencies, or individual creators who generate music for commercial projects, clients, or public release. Still unsure? Can I cancel anytime? How does it work?
Yes — cancel anytime, entirely on your own terms. There are no cancellation fees and no need to contact support. Just head to your Billing page, where you can cancel your subscription in one click, view your membership expiry date, and see your current plan and billing amount. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of your paid period. After that, your account automatically moves to the free plan.
How much do I save with annual billing?
Annual plans are 25–45% cheaper than paying month-to-month, depending on the plan you choose. Annual billing also helps us plan our infrastructure more predictably — which means we can manage server costs and AI model capacity more efficiently, and pass those savings directly on to you. It's a better deal for both sides.
Can I use MemoTune music commercially?
Commercial use is available exclusively on the Premium plan, and only applies to music generated during an active Premium subscription. If your subscription expires or you downgrade, the commercial license no longer applies to new generations. Songs produced while Premium was active retain their license status. If you're creating for clients, brands, or commercial release — Premium is the plan built for you.
Will MemoTune use my music or data to train its AI?
No — and we want to be specific about this. We do not use your generated songs, lyrics, or prompts to train our models. We also will never display or share your content anywhere without your explicit consent. Our AI models are trained on data sourced directly from official, licensed, and fixed channels — not from what you create in real time. What you make on MemoTune is yours, and it stays that way.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. To be eligible, both of the following must be true within 7 days of your purchase: you have generated fewer than 5 songs, and you have not trained a Voice Model. If that applies to you, simply send us an email at support@memotune.com and we'll take care of the rest — no lengthy process, no back-and-forth.
